A famous Khao Man Gai restaurant frequented by both locals and tourists. It's cheap and delicious. I recommend the "pink Khao Man Gai." There's something special about restaurants that locals frequent.
The ultimate Hainanese chicken rice. The rice is fragrant, fluffy, and not soggy. The chicken is tender and juicy, not tough. The soup is unique, with just the right amount of pepper spice.
