The restaurant pre-mixes the salad with the dressing, which is better because it's more evenly distributed than if you did it yourself, but the downside is that some people might worry about using too much dressing. The seaweed and puffed rice included are nice and crispy.
They have really great salads here and it would be even nicer if they had more vegan options. The prices are very reasonable too making it even better.
The food was delicious, the wait wasn't long, the presentation was beautiful, and the vegetables were fresh.
